We can accept the following audio file formats: AIFF, BWF, MP3, SD2 & WAV. Audio files can be 16 or 24 bit at any sample rate up to 96kHz. For mixing projects it is best to deliver one audio file per track (named appropriately) consolidated so that all files are complete regions starting at time code 00:00:00.000. For mastering projects, please send final stereo mixdown/bounced files at their original bit-depth & sample rate.
We can accept the following video file formats: DV, MOV & MPG/MPEG. Video files should be 29.97 Non-drop w/ timecode burn-in.
Files can be transferred via mail on CD-R or DVD-R/DVD+R (please do not use RW media as it is prone to high read/write errors) or via FTP. If you do not have access to a FTP account, we can host a private FTP account on our servers for you for a minimal storage fee.
